Firefox to be equipped with a "porn mode"

Well imagine browsing those, uh, "interesting" sites when your wife and kids were away and then you forgot to cover your tracks. Sounds familiar? Well according to techcrunch, Mozilla is going to release Firefox 3.1 with a private mode which will not collect any of your browsing history or cookies.

firefox 3.1 to be equipped with private mode porn mode

"Much like Chrome, users will be able to open a separate window in Firefox 3.1 that will let them browse the Web in any way they see fit without worrying about the wife or kids entering the History menu and seeing why they spent the last hour in the office with the door locked."

Do I hear applause? Well you might be able to hide from your wife, but your ISP can still track you.

Actually I already using 'BlockSite' FF add-on on my browser because of my younger brother.

No, he's not browsing porn (as far as I know) but I blocked all the game website.

Because the last time, my PC we're reformatted because one of those game site installed virus on my computer.

It's my girlfriends birthday soon so I have to keep clearing things out to make sure she can't see what presents I've been researching on the net :-)

On the other hand, to those of us who have blogs, do affiliate marketing and so on, not recording cookies could hit our bottom line so I'm not sure I support this "stealth" mode - looks like we could be losing some money as a result.
